Thirty affordable homes and a church hall

The practice was commissioned by Servite Houses housing association in September 2004 to design a 31 flat, key worker, shared ownership scheme on the site of adjoining Victorian houses and a Vicarage in Southfields, South London.

The project was delivered in two separate phases, with the first homes completed in May 2007. Servite were subsequently given the option to buy the adjoining site and we produced a scheme for the additional flats on the combined site. During negotiations to acquire the site, PJMA were appointed by St.Barnabas Church to design a new church hall sited alongside the church, behind the new residential development.
