The project was delivered in two separate phases, with the first homes completed in May 2007. Servite were subsequently given the option to buy the adjoining site and we produced a scheme for the additional flats on the combined site. During negotiations to acquire the site, PJMA were appointed by St.Barnabas Church to design a new church hall sited alongside the church, behind the new residential development.
