This project, located near Old Street Station in London involved the addition of eight contemporary apartments to this original warehouse building. The new floor was built over the existing roof while the existing residents remained occupied. During the works, many aspects of the original building’s infrastructure were upgraded and new facilities such as a waste storage area were added. The new apartments all benefit from a terrace or balcony.
