PJMA has been appointed to undertake a number of projects at this site, including the subdivision and creation of new commercial units, the refurbishment and upward extension of a unit for Next and the provision of new ‘totem ‘signage for the site.

The practice was then invited to compete for the broad refurbishment works envisioned for the estate. PJMA subsequently submitted a planning application for this project.
