This student housing project designed by PJMA for University of the Arts London in Camberwell has been in use since 2012. The development has provided the University with housing for 155 students in a broad range of affordable accommodation within 4 existing Georgian buildings and in a new extension to one of these. Three of the existing buildings are Grade II Listed and the site is within a conservation area .
