An exceptional subterranean leisure facility

PJMA was appointed by Blenheim House Construction to undertake the detailed design of this extensive basement complex adjacent to an existing Georgian house in late 2013. The finished project comprises a large swimming pool, sauna, steam room, gymnasium, changing rooms.

Above ground the works include construction of a residential annexe and garages. The project included many technically challenging details, including the fair-faced concrete finish and glass-bottom ponds that provide daylight to basement areas.
