HOE STREET SITES
54 New Homes in Walthamstow
317a and 400 Hoe Street are separate brownfield sites approximately 65m apart and on opposite sides of the A112, Hoe Street in Walthamstow, north east London.
Both sites are being developed concurrently for the Islington and Shoreditch Housing Association. 317A is entirely residential building with 16 units and 400 is a mixed-use development comprised of 38 residential units over a commercial unit located on the ground and basement levels fronting onto Hoe Street.
PJMA are working with Kind&Co design and build contractors to implement the schemes the first of which was delivered in the first quarter 2021. The development has given rise to many challenges, originating largely from a complicated and unresolved planning history and changes to the project brief.
Our close cooperation with Kind & CO has overcome these issues and the buildings are now expected to be completed on programme.
